Molly Barker
, MSW and four-time Hawaii Ironman triathlete is a visionary.  Molly began running at the age of 15 - an age when she found herself stuck in the "girl box", where only girls who were a certain size with a certain beauty were popular; where girls who wanted to fit in had to mold their bodies and their personalities to fit the requirements of the box. In 2000, Girls on the Run International, a 501c-3 organization was born. Cynthia Carlson is a connector.  She has built two successful enterprises in unrelated industries by connecting the right people with the right opportunities. By the time she sold Carlson Compute to a public corporation, it was the largest privately-held technology training company in the southeast. Julie Cole is passionate about golf, teaching, people and life.  She is the Director of Instruction at the Dana Rader Golf School at Ballantyne, a wonderful athlete, and vibrant communicator.  In the first phase of her career, Julie played professionally on the European and LPGA Tour, winning 15 tournaments worldwide. In addition to her outstanding playing credentials, she has excelled in her teaching. Nader Elguindi is an expert on motivation, personal choice, and overcoming obstacles.   As a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer, he overcame a terrible accident that caused the loss of his right leg.  He went on to become the first nuclear submariner to complete qualifications with a prosthetic, and finish his tour of duty.  In spite of this the Navy found him unfit to serve.  Nader responded by becoming a tireless entrepreneur and building a nationally recognized web-company, Cydecor, that serves the Office of Naval Research.  Other clients include Hendrick Automotive Group, Duke Energy, Parkdale Mills, and BSN medical. Natalie English is Senior Vice President of Business & Education Advocacy for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.  She and her team serve as the voice of business at the city, county, state, federal and school board levels of government.  The Chamber works on issues impacting such things as the ease of doing business and the quality of life in Charlotte.  In her role, Natalie serves as campaign manager for ballot issues such as bond referenda. Suzanne Fetscher is president and CEO of the McColl Center for Visual Art, and an advocate for creativity in the Charlotte community. Her brainchild, the Innovation Institute, teaches business people to "see" their work differently with the help of artists and creative coaches. Sue Gorman is a "big idea" person. As a professional interior designer her design work has been featured on HGTV and in publications throughout the United States. Previously Sue worked for Arnold Palmer Golf Management where she oversaw operations of 35 golf courses in 17 states. As the wife of the school superintendent for one of the nation's 20th largest school district and as a mother herself, Sue is also deeply involved in creating community and parental involvement in the public schools. Sue speaks to issues of parenting and work-life balance often and has founded a national program, "Parent University" which presents classes for parents on all topics relating to children and a parenting. Denny Hammack
thought he came to Charlotte from Martinsville, Virginia to be in banking.  As it turned out, his position at First Union was the stepping stone that introduced him to a fellow Virginian and owner of Patterson Business Systems.  Denny helped grow the business, formed a new ownership group, and succeeded his friend as CEO when he retired.  A recent acquisition has launched another phase of growth and the new brand, Patterson Pope, specializing in records management, offsite record storage and document imaging.  Denny is passionate about business, leadership and family life.  Email your inquiry to Denny Hammack.

Elizabeth McKee is the Executive Director of Leadership Charlotte, the area's premier leadership development organization.  Elizabeth has a rich background for her work.  She is the former Director of Leadership Initiatives at McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She not only helped create the curriculum for MBA and undergraduate students, she developed an international leadership experience in Chile with Vertical, S.A. Fabi Preslar

Dana Rader

Jenn Snyder is the Executive Director for a the powerful business exchange organization, Hood Hargett Breakfast Club.  There she has discovered an outlet for her unique ability to organize businesses as a community.
