We do this using buzz words and business speak. We make respectable showings at beauty contests and trade shows; we run half-decent meetings; and we give lackluster presentations like everyone else.
We can't see that we are side-stepping true innovation, which begins with the way we communicate with one another.

Authenticity is the willingness to put your own perceptions into words. So, you are presenting the budget. Are you adding your own observations of the market? Are you offering value that goes beyond the numbers? Are you showing up in your skin, coming out from behind the glass barrier and using stories and straight talk? What about Technique?

Do not hire us if you are interested only in the rules of public speaking. For every rule of public speaking, there are great speakers who completely ignore them. In spite of the rules, they speak wonderfully, powerfully, irresistibly. So to worry about the rules is to play it small.

That said, we will demystify techniques that will help you break down old habits that don't serve you; and public speaking technique is what you fall back on when you're not feeling good about yourself. Let's face it, some days are better than others.
But we are after something more than technique. We call that something more authenticity. Our courses help release you into your authenticity and your giftedness. This is where true innovation begins.
