A reconnection to the whole leaves individuals feeling empowered. Our team version of "Your Authentic Style" reconnects members to the company vision and to one another. The course increases individual confidence while the team rediscovers their ownership of Authentic Communication in Business.
Courses are taught by a faculty of three: two senior leaders and an experienced cameraman. Typically there are 8-10 participants in six rounds of videotaped presentations. Group and faculty coaching supports authenticity. For course elements and benefits, see "Your Authentic Style."

Stories in Leadership

Today there is a demand for a new kind of leader and a new kind of communicator. Lou Solomon is a gifted facilitator who makes a case for Authentic Leadership, versus a "how to" or prescriptive approach.
Stories in Leadership is a storytelling lab that allows participants to discover their own core values through life lessons that in turn can be shared through Authentic Communication in Business. Participants come away with an understanding of natural authority and how to communicate as a leader.
This program is scalable to most any size group and if offered in a half- or full-day program.

We have overwhelming evidence that team trust is tied to the bottom line. Interact can customize a team conversation for your executive leadership or management team to renew the vision.
We begin the process by conducting interviews with individual leaders to identify any barriers that block effective communication and move into solutions during the session. The actual team conversation allows for an emersion in Authentic Communication that can then be installed at other levels of the organization.
