We are located on the revitalized corridor of West Morehead Street, in the historic Grinnell Water Works Building.
This factory sat back from Morehead Street when it was built in the earlier part of the 20th Century.

Since then the area has been developed around the Grinnell, and therefore we are one short block off West Morehead Street. On your first visit, please do not rely on GPS.

The Interact Studio is conveniently located near Uptown Charlotte and Bank of America Stadium. We have easy access to I-77 and I-85, which connect Charlotte to cities in the Northeast, Southwest and Midwest. I-40 is less than one hour north, and provides an important east/west link with coast-to-coast access.

More than 55 percent of the country's population lives within a two hour flight of Charlotte, and 6 million people live within a 100-mile radius. Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, the national hub of US Airways, carries on average more than 500 flights a day and has more flights per capita than any other airport in the nation.

The historic Grinnell Water Works Building was built in 1931, and manufactured water works for the flourishing textile industry in the Greater Charlotte Area of North and South Carolina.
Like other old buildings on the West Morehead corridor, it has been refurbished and repurposed into beautiful, loft space for creative businesses.
The unusual "bow tie" roof top is a signature of the Grinnell Water Works Building, which sits in view of Bank of America Stadium. Our space is a part of the innovative learning experience offered by Interact.
